Clark Hill, PLC, an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with warranty experience to join our growing team in Southern California. This position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, along with a potential annual discretionary bonus.
About the Position:
- Location: Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA
- Business Unit: Litigation
- Experience Required: 2+ years

Responsibilities:
- Work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions
- Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations
- Utilize exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organization
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials
- 2+ years of experience in trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
