Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and client advisement.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in court proceedings and negotiations, providing articulate and persuasive advocacy.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring open communication and understanding of client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in IP law and related technological advancements.

Education and Experience:
- Candidates should possess 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in patent litigation.
- A technical background is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate has substantial patent litigation experience.
- A strong academic background is essential.
- Admission to the New York or . Bar is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Salary Information:

- The anticipated base salary range for this position is a minimum of $260,000 per year and a maximum of $310,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and other relevant factors.
