Associate Attorney- General Liability The candidate will be managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicating with clients and provide status reports. A JD from an accredited law school is required. Should have 3+ years of experience in General Liability Insurance Defense; any prior experience in the defense of public entities and/or civil matters involving sexual assault is a plus.
