Job Title: Counsel, Product & Advanced Technologies - Remote USA

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with clinical, medical affairs, marketing, finance, business development, business operations, and sales teams to negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of agreements.
- Collaborate with data transformation, product, and commercial teams on complex legal matters related to software and hardware development.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal contracts, including data sharing agreements, collaboration and AI agreements, and customer and vendor agreements to drive new initiatives.
- Provide legal advice to technology, product, and commercial teams to develop and launch innovative data and digital products and solutions.
- Develop and improve contractual templates, policies, and procedures for advanced technology and digital products.
- Stay informed on applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, especially concerning AI, security, healthcare, and medical devices, and share the knowledge across the department.

Education and Experience Information:
- JD degree from an accredited . law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
- Preferred experience in transactions or litigation in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements, including data sharing, collaboration, AI, and customer and vendor agreements.
- Experience in advanced technology or software product development, including digital products and AI/ML technologies.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this role is $114,700-$170,000.
- The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
