Job Title: Legal Education Manager
Salary Information:
- Primary location in Palo Alto with other locations considered (Austin, Boulder, Boston, Los Angeles - Century City and Downtown, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Wilmington)
- Hybrid work schedule with some travel required
- Actual base pay offered will depend upon qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and work location
- Anticipated pay range:
- San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $131,750 - $178,250 per year
- Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $119,000 - $161,000 per year
- Salt Lake City and all other locations: $105,400 - $142,600 per year
- Year-end merit bonus based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and update training programs for Litigation and Regulatory departments
- Work with subject matter experts to create and update course content
- Develop strategies for lateral attorney integration and partner with group leadership and recruiting teams
- Serve as a resource for professional development opportunities
- Plan and organize in-person training programs and manage budget, invitations, and feedback
- Create summer associate training opportunities for Litigation and Regulatory practices
- Manage legal writing training programs and resources firmwide
- Collaborate with Pro Bono and Community Impact teams for training opportunities
- Complete and manage other professional development projects as needed
- Supervise Professional Development assistants and provide feedback for their development and progress
Qualifications:
- . degree preferred, but equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
- Experience practicing as an attorney in a large firm environment preferred
- Experience in litigation or regulatory spaces preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to confidently work with people at all levels and make well-considered proposals
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
- Experience in adult education and technology-based training preferred
- Experience delivering professional skills training and coaching a plus
