- Preparing demands and reviewing medical records, requiring an understanding of legal procedures and medical terminologies.
- Drafting correspondence with precision, ensuring all communications are clear and professional.
- Consistently reviewing the entire caseload from start to finish, ensuring no detail is overlooked and all cases are handled with care.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma, along with at least one year of customer service experience. While not mandatory, a paralegal certificate or an associate degree is preferred, indicating an advantage for candidates with additional legal education.
