Job Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service at the law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients on a daily basis, ensuring they are frequently updated on the status of their cases.
- Managing an average caseload of over 200 cases, demonstrating organizational efficiency and attention to detail.
- Drafting and submitting letters of representation for various insurance types, showcasing your ability to handle legal documentation.
- Preparing demands and reviewing medical records, requiring an understanding of legal procedures and medical terminologies.
- Drafting correspondence with precision, ensuring all communications are clear and professional.
- Consistently reviewing the entire caseload from start to finish, ensuring no detail is overlooked and all cases are handled with care.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma, along with at least one year of customer service experience. While not mandatory, a paralegal certificate or an associate degree is preferred, indicating an advantage for candidates with additional legal education.
