Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years of family law experience. Experience drafting pleadings and declarations. Experience managing case dockets. Minor guardianship experience is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of local (King and Snohomish County) and state court rules. Familiarity with conducting and managing discovery in family law cases. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and superior time management ability. Excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, FamilySoft, and Excel. The ability to multitask and can pivot quickly from task to task.
