Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage file throughout litigation process
- Conduct fact investigations
- Handle document productions and other discovery tasks
- Prepare witnesses for deposition
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Review and analyze policies, contracts, and other legal documents
- Court hearing preparation and attendance
- Trial preparation and attendance

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois
- Ideal candidates will also be licensed in Kansas and Arkansas
