Location:
Duties:
- Handle mergers and acquisitions, sales, and restructurings.
- Manage contract negotiations and drafting.

Requirements:
- 2-9 years of corporate and transactional legal experience.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, sales, restructurings, and corporate governance.
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Preferred: Admission to the Rhode Island Bar or willingness to become admitted.
- Ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal counsel.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Rhode Island State Bar (or willingness to obtain).
