Essential Job Expectations:

- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Produce quality work product and respond to correspondence in a timely manner.
- Meet deadlines and perform job duties as required.
- Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.
- Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer and participating in virtual meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands.

Requirements:

- Must have completed four semesters of law school prior to the start of the 2026 Summer Program.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and preferably Law Review or Moot Court experience.

Physical Demands: Sedentary work with occasional walking and standing.
