Education and Experience Information
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.

- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, providing an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, EA, or Member of the Bar are preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews is crucial.

Salary Information
The salary range for the Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager position is $89,000 - $315,000 annually. Individuals in this role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the specified salary range. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
