Job Title: Project Development Associate
Department: Project Development Practice Area
Location: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse (Syracuse office preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 6 years, preferably 8-10 years, in project development, commercial or financial transactions, and real estate transactions. Experience in real property tax and land use and zoning is a plus.
Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000
- Good-faith and reasonable estimate of compensation, not including bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm.
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
Responsibilities:
- Work with experienced practitioners in a multidisciplinary practice on matters throughout the Northeast.
- Handle project development, commercial, and financial transactions, as well as real estate transactions.
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years, preferably 8-10 years, of experience in project development, commercial or financial transactions, and real estate transactions.
- Experience in real property tax and land use and zoning is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
