Job Title: Global Procurement & Contracts Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The Global Procurement & Contracts Specialist is a crucial member of the law firm's Global Finance team. The primary responsibilities include administering contracts and procuring goods and services for the organization in accordance with the firm's established guidelines and procedures. The specialist is responsible for monitoring all phases of the contract life cycle and communicating with the involved parties as required. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the submission of new contracts into the contracts database, tracking contract progress and expiration, administering contract execution, preparing reports to minimize delays, and following up with parties to ensure timely submission and signing of required contract documents.
- Assisting with the sourcing process, including RFx preparation, vendor communication, and bid analysis.
- Analyzing data, providing reports, and maintaining records of various activities for Global Procurement and Contracts Review Teams.
- Handling routine correspondence with vendors and internal clients.
- Contributing to cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information retained by the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of basic sourcing and procurement principles, contract terminology, and vendor management practices. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting, are required. The educational and experience requirements include:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or a related business function, preferably.

Salary Information:
The pay range for the Global Procurement & Contracts Specialist is between USD $70, and USD $85, per year. Successful candidates will receive a generous total compensation package, with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
