Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney - Junior to Midlevel
Job Responsibilities:
The Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney will be responsible for enforcing policyholders' rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies. This includes handling a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities. The attorney will work on some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation and manage a busy caseload. The role requires collaboration with other attorneys and serving the clients of the law firm with dedication and mutual respect.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have at least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or a policyholder boutique. Alternatively, one year of insurance policyholder experience combined with federal judicial clerkship experience is acceptable. Excellent academic credentials are required, including graduation from a top-tier law school. Salary Information:
The compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $390,000 annually. The exact salary will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate. Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
