Education and Experience Information:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar, allowing practice in Houston.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in natural gas and/or electricity transactions, particularly focusing on power purchase agreements and ISDA documentation.
- Proven familiarity with legal frameworks surrounding secured transactions, including security interests in personal property as collateral.
