The law firm is seeking an associate to join their Corporate Transactions Practice Area, specifically focusing on Executive Compensation/Benefits. The responsibilities include:
- Engaging in work related to the executive compensation and benefits components of Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deals.
- Utilizing strong analytical and writing skills to contribute to various aspects of corporate transactions.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to provide excellent legal services in the area of executive compensation.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in executive compensation, particularly with a focus on Private Equity and M&A.
- A strong academic background is required.
- Applicants must be admitted to the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.
Salary Information:
The law firm offers a competitive compensation package for associates, which is based on individual merit. The expected pay range for associates is as follows:
- 2025/2024 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
- 2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
- 2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
- 2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
- 2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
- 2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
- 2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
- 2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
