Job Title: Corporate M&A Associate
Location: St. Louis, Cleveland, Chicago
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Experience: 3+ years of Corporate/M&A experience

Responsibilities:

- Negotiating and drafting primary and ancillary documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, loan transactions and other corporate transactions
- Leading M&A due diligence for both targets and acquirers
- Transaction and entity structuring and related tax matters
- Providing general corporate law advice to clients
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

- Law license in the location of office will be a requirement
- 3+ years of Corporate/M&A experience
- Broad knowledge of general corporate law and transaction and entity structuring
- Experience with M&A due diligence and related tax matters
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
