Associate/Of Counsel Attorney - Family Law The candidate' must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Oregon family law practice, handling matters involving asset division, custody, spousal and child support with adequate trial and mediation experience, or have meaningful litigation experience. Qualified candidates should have experience handling their own individual cases as well as providing support to senior attorneys in more complex cases.
