Responsibilities:
- Defend clients in personal injury litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and tactics
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury litigation

Experience:
- Admitted to the New York State Bar
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- At least 2 years of insurance defense experience
- Experience in transportation law, labor law, product liability, and premises liability preferred

Requirements:
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and hardworking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases with competing priorities
