Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel – Partnerships & Alliances

Job Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of customer-facing and partner-facing agreements. This includes complex software agreements (such as SaaS), information licensing agreements, redistribution, reseller, referral, integration, hosting, content acquisition, consulting, and professional services agreements, data processing agreements, data security agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial agreements related to sales of company products and services.
- Provide strategic legal advice to business leaders and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive the company’s partnership strategy and growth.
- Advise on the licensing and usage of AI tools and other legal technology.
- Guide business stakeholders in resolving commercial disputes with partners.
- Support the development of a partnership playbook and maintain partnership templates.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or as in-house legal counsel.
- Experience advising sales professionals in North America, product management, and other internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal and compliance matters, particularly concerning software (including SaaS), information licensing, and partnerships.
- Excellent technical legal knowledge in contract and commercial law, especially with SaaS products and solutions, including Gen AI products.
- Strong experience and knowledge in software/technology contracting.
- Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and practically to identify and resolve legal issues.
- Authorized to practice law.

Salary Information:
- The base compensation range for eligible US locations is $116,900 - $217,100.
- This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
- Base pay is determined based on several factors, including the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
- The base pay is part of a comprehensive Total Reward program, including flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
