Duties:

Requirements:

  • Proven capability in effective client communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional ability in writing, analyzing, and clearly articulating sophisticated legal issues.

  • Aptitude for managing multiple assignments simultaneously with high organizational standards.

  • Capability to collaborate effectively within team settings and independently manage responsibilities.

  • High ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law institution.

Certifications:

  • Must possess valid licensure to practice law within the state of Florida.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive legal research expertise, ideally with experience utilizing leading platforms like Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis.

  • Superior analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
