Job Title: Client Intake Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
The Client Intake Specialist at the law firm is responsible for a variety of tasks that support the smooth operation of the office and maintain high levels of customer service. The key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing multi-line phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Greeting clients and visitors to the office, providing them with a friendly and professional experience.
- Reviewing legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Transcribing medical dictations as needed, which may be required in a clinical setting.
- Performing vital signs in a clinical setting if necessary.
- Carrying out standard administrative duties such as e-filing, faxing, scanning, mailings, and scheduling appointments.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients, particularly in a high call volume setting.
- Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and updating databases.
- Coordinating and assisting in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents to ensure efficient record management.
- Facilitating communication between all departments within the law firm to ensure seamless operations.
- Participating in office rotation and clinics, providing support where needed.
- Being open to traveling for clinics with advance notice.
- Assisting in all other duties as assigned to support the team and office operations.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates applying for the position of Client Intake Specialist should have the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting, demonstrating familiarity with office operations and responsibilities.
- Experience using a multiline phone system, which is essential for managing high call volumes and ensuring effective communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documents and client interactions efficiently.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, which is crucial in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs, indicating proficiency with common office software.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Client Intake Specialist position is between to per hour.
Job Type:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 . to 5:00 . The role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility for remote work.
