Job Description: As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing top-notch legal representation to commercial trucking companies, motor carriers, logistics providers, and insurance carriers facing legal disputes and liability claims. You will prepare litigation reports and risk assessments, draft pleadings, motions and supporting memoranda, and make mediation and court appearance on behalf of our clients. Additionally, you will oversee and conduct discovery, perform legal research, and negotiate favorable settlements when possible. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of litigation experience * An active Bar license * Analytical, Case Management, Legal Research and Writing, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication * Ability to commute/relocate to Indianapolis, IN 46280 Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary between $80K - $90K per year.
