Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to regulatory investigations and litigation involving consumer protection issues and data privacy and security class actions
- Drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Communicating and collaborating with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies
- Assisting with all aspects of discovery, including document review and production
- Conducting interviews and depositions
- Preparing for and attending hearings, trials, and other court proceedings
- Managing and overseeing junior associates and paralegals
- Staying up-to-date on laws and regulations related to data privacy and security
- Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
- Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the c/d/p practice group
