Estate Planning and Probate / Family Attorney The candidate should have experience in Probating Wills; Dependent and Independent Administrations; Guardianship Proceedings; Small Estate Affidavits; Heirship Proceedings; and Drafting Wills, POAs, Trusts Agreements among other estate planning documents. Perform all aspects of Family Law representation including Divorces; Modifications; Enforcements; Child custody; Grandparents rights; CPS cases and other complex family matters. Must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner; able to adapt to daily change, be responsive, self-motivated, and have great attention to detail. Must have fluency in Spanish with Texas Bar License.
