Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Rochester, NY
Full Time / Professional
Salary Range: $80, - $150, Annually (with potential incentives up to $200,000+)


Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients to evaluate potential cases, providing compassionate counsel
Conduct thorough investigations to build strong cases
Negotiate assertively with insurance carriers to maximize compensation
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and legal proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys and firm management on caseload and strategy
Make yourself available to prospective clients outside regular hours


Qualifications


Excellent communication and client counseling skills
Strong work ethic and passion for helping injured clients
Licensed to practice law in New York
