Job Description

As a summer associate at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring while you gain a full picture of the firm. The firm is looking for individuals with a strong interest in their Corporate; Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety; Litigation and Dispute Resolution; or Real Estate practice areas. The Summer Associate Program is designed to provide law students with a well-rounded understanding of the firm, its clients, practices, lawyers, and culture.

Selection Criteria

When considering candidates, the firm will look at the following criteria:

- A strong interest in the Corporate; Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety; Litigation and Dispute Resolution; or Real Estate practice areas
- Superior academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to the highest quality of client service
- Class of 2027 . Student

Application Process

The firm will begin reviewing applications on a rolling basis after May 1, 2025. The application will remain open until the program has been filled. Interested candidates should submit a resume, law school transcript, cover letter, and writing sample.
