The Position
As an Employment Associate in our Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Group, you will be responsible for providing employment assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, as well as counseling employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. This is a non-litigation role, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile deals and provide valuable counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide employment assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Counsel employers on all aspects of the employment relationship
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex projects
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of broad-based employment counseling experience
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school
- Admitted to practice law in California or New York
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
