Family Law Paralegal The candidate will maintain attorney calendars and schedule appointments, court appearances and mediation/deposition hearings. Organize and maintain client files, hard copy and electronic. Serve as a liaison between the client and attorney. Prepare trial notebooks and provide assistance in trial settings. Prepare and review discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, requests for admissions, complex discovery requests and production requests. High school or equivalent experience is preferred. Should have 3+ years of family law paralegal experience. Should preferably have 5+ years of family law paralegal experience.
