- Offer practical work experience and skill development
- Familiarize participants with court procedures and operations
- Provide an enhanced understanding and appreciation for the judicial system
Paralegal Program:
- Provide quality paralegal work experience
- Assist with preparation of legal documents for cases involving child support, spousal support, and health insurance issues
- Placement areas include Family Law, Self-Help Centers, Domestic Violence Clinic, Guardianship Clinic, and Toll Family Law Counseling Center with LAFLA
- Open to students currently enrolled in paralegal schools, colleges, and universities throughout LA County
- Also open to individuals who have completed a Paralegal certificate program
- Accreditation or course credit may be available for interns
