Seeking Associate Attorney with 1-3 years experience. Candidate will work directly with the Managing Partner on simple and complex business litigation matters. Will be responsible for drafting Complaints, Motions, Answers, Notices, Discovery, and Memorandums among other responsibilities. Will also be required to attend some hearings and, as such, be able to formulate and articulate legal arguments. Must be professional, punctual, positive, and pleasant. Ability to work independently as well as in team setting is a must. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Must also be proficient in Westlaw. Experience with billing software is a plus. Attention to detail and willingness to learn is also a must.
