Job Title: General Liability Partner/Unit Lead

Job Responsibilities:
The General Liability Partner/Unit Lead is responsible for leading and growing the General Liability practice within the law firm. The role involves working closely with the Chair of General Liability to develop and expand the client base. The Partner is expected to be driven, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a high-performer. Responsibilities include:

- Building and growing a team within the General Liability practice.
- Collaborating with the in-house Business Development/Marketing team to service and grow the existing client base.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the growth of the team.
- Engaging in profit-sharing and contributing to the overall success of the practice.
- Offering hybrid work options to balance in-office and remote work.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the General Liability Partner/Unit Lead position must have 10+ years of experience in general liability law. The role requires a high level of expertise and a proven track record of success in the field. The candidate should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead and grow a team.
