Job Responsibilities:
The Summer Associate position is designed to provide law students with meaningful exposure to substantive legal assignments within the law firm. Participants in the summer program will engage in various activities that offer robust mentoring, networking, and learning opportunities. These experiences are intended to lay a strong foundation for a successful legal career. Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, including Business Litigation, Corporate & Securities, Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Mass Torts, and Real Estate.

Education and Experience Information:
Applicants for the 2L Summer Associate position must be law students who have completed their first year of law school. The law firm is seeking candidates from around the country who possess unique skill sets, varied life experiences, and a proven record of personal and academic achievement.
