Our client, a medium sized prestigious commercial law firm with a strong banking and corporate litigation practice, seeks a litigation associate for its Stamford, Connecticut office. Admission to Connecticut and required.
Qualifications
. degree from an accredited law school
•At least 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney primarily in CT
•Admission in Connecticut
•Strong research and writing skills
Responsibilities
•Prepare pleadings and motions
•Ensure discovery compliance
•Prepare for and attend depositions and court appearances and assist at trial
•Work 2 days a week in our Stamford office
