With over 10 years of experience in federal tax law, you will play a key role in advising and supporting a diverse range of clients in various practice areas. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work closely with our growing Corporate team and provide valuable insight and guidance on a variety of tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on structuring tax-advantaged deals
- Assist with the formation, operation, and restructuring of entities such as partnerships, S corps, and REITs
- Identify tax credit opportunities in various sectors
- Provide guidance on buy-side and sell-side corporate, LLC, and partnership acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and restructurings
- Participate in M&A activities, including planning and research
- Work closely with a growing Corporate team
- Communicate directly with clients
- Participate in corporate matters from beginning to end

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in federal tax law
- Significant experience in at least one of the previously mentioned areas
- FL Bar admission preferred, but willing to consider attorneys relocating to FL
