Job Title: US 2L Diversity Fellowship
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in and complete the law firm’s 2026 summer program.
- Engage in activities that promote diversity and inclusion within local communities and/or on a broader scale.
- Work as a summer associate in a specific practice area, such as general corporate, business litigation, technology transactions, or life sciences.
- Accept an offer of full-time employment with the law firm following the successful completion of the summer program.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
- Applicants should have an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2027 (or December 2026) at the time of application.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion is required.
- Academic performance, personal achievements, leadership abilities, and community service will be considered during the selection process.
Salary Information:
- The fellowship award includes a paid 2L summer associate position.
- Recipients are eligible to receive up to $40,000 to assist with law school tuition.
- The award is paid in two installments:
- A $20,000 payment following at least eight weeks with the law firm during the 2026 summer program and upon receiving and accepting an offer of full-time employment.
- A $20,000 final payment upon joining the law firm as a full-time associate, included in the first paycheck.
Eligibility:
- Open to all law students meeting the criteria mentioned above.
- Applicants must not be immediate family members of any partner or employee of the law firm.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Academic performance in law school.
- Personal achievements and leadership abilities.
- Community service contributions.
Application Process:
- Submit a complete and accurate online application.
- Include a personal statement (no more than one single-spaced page) demonstrating achievement of the selection criteria.
- Provide a current résumé, graduate program transcripts (if applicable), and a law school transcript.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a deadline of August 15, 2025.

- Summer associates are hired into specific practice areas, which should be listed in the application.
