Overview:
The Manager, Pricing Strategy will join the Product Pricing Strategy team at **Members Only**, responsible for developing product monetization and pricing strategies for **Members Only**'s issuing solutions value-added products and services (VAS). This is a customer-centric, nimble team that aims to give **Members Only** a competitive edge and utilize pricing as a strategic lever for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies for current and future products and services, working closely with global product, regional solution, commercial operations, and sales teams
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform pricing decisions, taking into account regional differences and variations in market dynamics and commercial constructs
- Create business cases for new monetization and packaging strategies and lead cross-functional efforts to drive them to completion
- Simplify pricing constructs to streamline the sales process and accelerate growth
- Measure the effectiveness of pricing changes and continuously strive for improvement
- Partner with sales operations team to execute pricing updates

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, product strategy, or Go-To-Market strategy (pricing and payment experience preferred)
- Experience in a global matrix organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures and empower local decision-making
- Familiarity with B2B selling environments
- Strong decision-making skills, balancing analysis with decisiveness

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years of work experience, or PhD with 0 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of work experience, or advanced degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior management consulting, investment banking, pricing strategy, or corporate strategy experience
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and facilitate collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams
- Pragmatic mindset with a focus on execution, value proposition, and market-facing strategies
- Financial acumen, with the ability to use financial analyses to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic choices
- Results-oriented and able to handle multiple urgent tasks in an ambiguous environment
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a constructive manner

- Work hours will vary based on department needs
- This position may require travel up to 5-10% of the time
- The role will be performed in an office setting, requiring sitting and standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, and operating standard office equipment
