Job Title: Administrative and Project Liaison

Job Responsibilities:
As an Administrative and Project Liaison at the law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal and administrative functions. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting Case Managers in the preparation of files and documents for the cases they manage.
- Collaborating with attorneys to source documents and information necessary for case files.
- Preparing legal documents for attorney/client meetings.
- Participating in the final presentation of estate documents with clients by serving as a witness to the signings.
- Assisting in maintaining files within the office.
- Completing other office administrative tasks as requested by attorneys or case managers.
- Traveling to different offices to work with attorneys and case managers, aiding in client meetings.

Education and Experience Information:
- Preferably a student interested in pursuing a career in law, although other candidates will be considered.
- Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
- Well-organized and disciplined in time management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.

Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is necessary, with a willingness to travel to different local office locations.
