Law Firm Seeking Experienced Systems Administrator
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (hybrid schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee server maintenance and operations
- Maintain and implement firm systems
- Monitor and test backup and restore functionality
- Test and enhance disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure system and server uptime, availability, and reliability
- Perform system monitoring and maintenance
- Maintain ISO27001 certification
- Work with 3rd parties for projects and support
- Assist with Policy and Procedure development
- Maintain network documentation
- Troubleshoot and maintain remote connectivity for users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum three years of experience in information systems administration
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with VMware Virtualization, Cisco Infrastructure, and Windows Server administration preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory
- Attention to detail and willingness to maintain documentation

Join the team at **Members Only**, Delaware's largest law firm, as a Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the firm's systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technology or computer science, along with a minimum of three years of experience in information systems administration.
As the Systems Administrator, you will oversee server maintenance and operations, maintain and implement firm systems, and monitor and test backup and restore functionality. You will also be responsible for ensuring system and server uptime, availability, and reliability, as well as performing system monitoring and maintenance. Additionally, you will maintain the firm's ISO27001 certification and work with third parties for projects and support.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with VMware Virtualization, Cisco Infrastructure, and Windows Server administration is preferred, as well as knowledge of enterprise applications such as Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory. Attention to detail and a willingness to maintain documentation are also important qualities for this role.
