**Members Only**, a top East Coast-based law firm with national and international reach, is seeking a highly qualified Discovery Staff Attorney to join our growing team. This is a non-partnership track position that offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented and sophisticated work environment with industry experts. The position also offers a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule to provide our attorneys with greater flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the discovery process, including document hosting, review, and production
- Develop and implement cost-effective discovery and compliance strategies
- Leverage technology and AI tools to assist clients in all phases of discovery
- Advise on best practices and emerging trends in e-discovery, data privacy, and information governance
- Draft and respond to discovery-related documents
- Provide guidance and training to junior attorneys, contract attorneys, and staff
- Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting discovery practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in discovery and e-discovery, preferably in a law firm setting
- Proven ability to manage large-scale discovery projects and teams
- Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with e-discovery software and technology
- Self-starter with excellent client service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice
