Litigation Paralegal The candidate prepares legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses. Manages files and documents. Assists with preparing motions and exhibits document production and management. Trial preparation, including drafting and managing trial documents and exhibits receiving and processing documents and entering information into Case Management System. Obtains, summarizes, and analyzes medical records. Coordinates expert and lay witnesses. Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. Should have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Products Liability, or Personal Injury experience are preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of work.
