Job Summary:
- **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate for their Florida practice group.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in litigating first-party property damage insurance claims.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and computer proficiency are required.
- The candidate must also have the ability to manage and prioritize caseloads while handling complex matters.
- Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions and examinations under oath, and providing opinions on liability, damages, and case value.
- The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fun and collaborative environment.
- A commitment to providing high-quality client service, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.
- Experience with general commercial litigation is a plus.
- The candidate must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and willing to travel for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on liability, damages, and case value.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
