Responsibilities:
• Represent creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
• Work with the Global Finance team and Business Restructuring & Reorganization team
• Assist with high profile, top of the capital structure representations
• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on restructuring and special situations finance matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
• Law school graduate with class years 2016-2019
• Significant experience in representing creditors or borrowers in finance transactions
• Familiarity with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and restructuring principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workload

• Annual compensation range: $365,000-$435,000
