Overview:

- The role will involve providing legal support for the recently acquired company, Recorded Future, within the Services vertical of Security Solutions.
- This team focuses on providing cutting-edge safety, security, identity, fraud, and threat intelligence solutions to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s customers.
- The position requires experience in government/commercial contracting, product development and sales, as well as regulatory, privacy, and product development innovation.

Role:
- Provide solution-oriented counsel for commercialization and sales efforts of the regional and Recorded Future and Security Solutions product and sales teams.
- Monitor and stay updated with Security Solutions' global and regional strategy and direction, and guide the legal team accordingly.
- Advise on government/commercial legal, regulatory, reputational, and liability matters for new and existing products.
- Conduct research on local laws and collaborate with subject matter experts on various issues.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial, services, partnership, and license agreements.
- Collaborate with team members on product development and go-to-market implementation.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business unit.
- Support global sales and execution initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of solid corporate transactional experience, preferably from a reputable law firm.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and deal structures.
- Ability to operate in an agile and less than full information environment, make quick decisions and manage risk effectively.
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, business-friendly, creative, and nimble.
- Strong leadership skills in bringing different perspectives together and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and take direction from manager and team members.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Interested in significant contact with business clients on a daily basis.
- Juris Doctorate degree and admitted to bar and in good standing.
