Job Responsibilities:
A career as a Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Senior Manager involves advising clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, acting as a strategic consultant in business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. The role requires helping organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and providing advice on tax implications of deals. The job involves navigating the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environments, particularly concerning stringent capital requirements, operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. The Senior Manager will assist clients with tax structuring and address challenges of the continuously changing tax world.
As a Senior Manager, responsibilities include:

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
- Certification(s) Required: CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intimate knowledge of tax compliance methods, strategy consulting for Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Real Estate Partnerships.
- Considerable knowledge of partnership structures and their impact on real estate transactions and corresponding tax liabilities.
- Considerable knowledge of accounting for Unrelated Business Taxable Income.
- Comprehensive technical skills in providing full services to real estate owners, developers, and investors, including publicly traded REITS, institutional real estate funds, and privately held real estate entities.
- Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Experience as a team leader, supervising teams, seeking diverse views, and coaching staff with timely feedback.
- Demonstrated success as a tax technical business advisor, developing new relationships, selling new services, and maintaining a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Preferred familiarity with a CRM system.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization, leading by example in a professional services environment, innovating through new technologies, working with complex data sets, and utilizing digitization tools to optimize engagements.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $328,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
