Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables in tax services.
- Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams.
- Independently solve and analyze complex tax-related problems to create top-quality deliverables.
- Utilize the company's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs.
- Drive initiatives in digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the department.
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and escalate where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the company's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience is necessary.
- Holding a CPA, being a Member of the Bar, or possessing other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify candidates for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager position is $99,000 - $266,000, with the possibility of an annual discretionary bonus. This range is listed for roles based in Maryland, and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
