Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners and associates on complex corporate matters
- Provide valuable advice to clients from local, regional, national and global perspectives
- Participate in general counsel advice to clients
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and sound judgment under pressure
- Pay attention to detail and offer unique perspectives on complex issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of meaningful corporate and transactional experience
- Licensed to practice law in the state of hire and in good standing
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
