Job Responsibilities:

As our Office Manager & Receptionist, you will be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Office Management:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including supply management, scheduling, and vendor relations.
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
- Managing the firm’s calendar, including client appointments, court hearings, and attorney meetings.
- Handling general HR duties such as coordinating staff schedules and managing records.

Administrative Support:
- Answering phones, managing emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Drafting and editing correspondence, legal documents, and other communications.
- Assisting in filing and managing legal documents and records.
- Organizing and maintaining office files, both digital and physical.

Client Interaction:
- Greeting and assisting clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Managing intake and initial consultation scheduling.
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and client payments.

Qualifications:

- High level of common sense.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with probate, trusts, estates, or conservatorship law is a plus but not necessary—we're willing to train the right candidate!
