Job Description:
As an Attorney for Global Payments Solutions at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will provide legal counsel and support for the bank's global product solutions activities. This includes reviewing contracts and documents, conducting legal research, and representing the bank in legal actions. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience since admission to the Bar.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and responsive legal advice to the Global Payments Solutions team
- Negotiate and draft client documents
- Review and advise on third party contracts
- Coordinate with outside counsel on new and existing products and services
- Revise form templates and coordinate large projects related to GPS products and services
- Review and advise on marketing materials and communications
- Work collaboratively with other lawyers, clients, and risk and business support partners
Skills:
- Ability to interpret relevant laws, rules, and regulations
- Strong advisory skills
- Excellent legal drafting and writing abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
