**Members Only**, a reputable law firm, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 4-8 years of experience to gain valuable experience in complex commercial litigation, including shareholder/partnership disputes, defaulted financial transactions, creditors rights matters, and real estate litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters independently
- Supervise junior associates
- Attend court conferences, hearings, and conduct depositions
- Manage all phases of discovery
- Interact directly with clients and counterparties
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in good standing in the State of New York
- 4-8 years of experience in commercial and/or Trusts & Estates litigation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with junior and senior attorneys
Salary:
- $140K to $180K based on experience
